Two years ago I couldn´t make it but this time I just had to jump over from Mainz to Wiesbaden: Check out this site (unfortunately only in German) for the Wiesbadener Fototage, a photography festival with lots of really good exhibitions by national and international participants focussing on contemporary photography.
